The pizza was good, except for the peppers. The crust needed to be more salty and we might need to spread it out better next time. Since it was Chicago style, more cheese is always a good thing. I would like to figure out how to make the crust stuffed with cheese like I see in commercials.
The recipe for this came from the Wheat Belly 10 Day Detox - family section. We added parmesan cheese and another Italian cheese to make it thicker. One pizza served all 5 of us, but I think that if we make it to everyones preferences we could need more.
