We made a cracker with chicken and cheese on top. It was good! I ate two! The boys were not as happy because theirs got a little over cooked.
How we did it -
Make a mix of half almond flour/meal and shredded parmesan cheese.
Heat a nonstick skillet with a bit of olive oil
place a thin circle of the mixture in the pan and let it cook until golden brown and flip.
Add a serving of canned chicken (check for natural without grains) to the cracker.
We added a touch of our favorite Norwegian seasoning similar to chicken seasoning.
Add mozzarella cheese
Cover pan and let cheese melt
